As a self-employed real estate agent with over 17 years of professional experience at an international real estate group, I know the market inside and out. I take my job as seriously as you would expect, given the high values and work you've put into your property.
My extensive expertise and human touch form the foundation of my work. I have successfully brokered a wide variety of properties – from condominiums and single- and two-family homes to country houses and villas.
In addition to my brokerage work, I was involved in a commercial construction project in Düsseldorf until the building permit was obtained, and I also supervised private construction projects. To continually deepen my expertise, I regularly attend continuing education courses and seminars on topics such as inheritance law, valuation methods (comparative value, asset value, and income approach), quarterly housing barometers, and much more. My work at a real estate appraisal firm in Düsseldorf also contributed to my extensive knowledge.
The First Step
to contact us
The first step is an email or a phone call to briefly introduce the property for sale and provide the address. An appointment for an initial viewing is then scheduled.
During this appointment, we will inspect the property together and clarify detailed questions about living space, year of construction, building permits, ownership rights, renovations, and other important details.
We need this information for an initial, well-founded price estimate.
Within one week, you will receive a detailed presentation with the determined selling price in a personal meeting or by email.
