So you are prepared
This is what my clients say
Selling a property is a complex process that requires not only negotiating skills and market knowledge, but also a wealth of documentation. Complete and well-prepared documents ensure that prospective buyers receive a clear picture of the property and that all legal issues are resolved . At the same time, you, as the seller, create transparency and trust. – important factors for a successful sale.
The first steps before selling
If you don't have any building permits for the property you're selling, you'll be asked to review the building file from the relevant building authority. The law doesn't stipulate a retention requirement for all documents, so no guarantee can be given for the completeness of a building file.
Obtaining data can take some time, which must be taken into account when marketing real estate.
